Bellarmine Takes Third in AtlantaTeam 852 traveled to Atlanta for the Ramblin' Wreck Invitational, held on January 31 and February 1. They finished the tournament with a record of 6 wins 1 loss and 1 tie, good enough to earn them 3rd place. Senior Danielle Reesor won her first attorney award of the season, while senior Chelsea Brown brought home another witness award. The team played Furman University (twice), Duke University and the University of Alabama-Birmingham. Pittsburgh won the tournament with a record of 7 wins and 1 loss, while Miami of Ohio came in second place. Both Team 852 and Team 853 will be in action next at the Regional Qualifying Tournament in Louisville from February 20-22. |
