Bellarmine Mock Trial Mourns Passing of Kathleen Voor Montano

It is with great sadness that Bellarmine Mock Trial shares the loss of Jefferson Circuit Court Judge Kathleen Voor Montano.

Judge Montano worked more than a decade as a judge in circuit, family and district courts.  She was a proud Bellarmine alumnus, and served on the school's Alumni Board of Directors. 

She was a strong supporter of mock trial at multiple levels, assisting another of her alma maters, Mercy Academy, and facilitating courtrooms for Bellarmine Mock Trial practices as well.

Judge Montano, 46, was married with four children and will be greatly missed.
