Pedron Recognized as Outstanding Witness at EKU Sanders Invitational

Bellarmine freshman Thomas Pedron was recognized for his outstanding portrayal of stabbing victim Don Francis at this past weekend's Sanders Invitational hosted by Eastern Kentucky University.

In only his second competition, Pedron was voted as one of the top 10 witnesses in the entire field of over 100 witnesses.

Bellarmine fielded a combined young/old squad that finished the tournament with a record of 3-4-1.  Team 852, consisting of Pedron, Staci Windsor, Danielle Reesor, Ariel Edlin, Mari Graham, Chelsea Brown, and Alex Flood, will be in competition at the Great American Mock Trial Invitational this weekend in Washington, D.C.
